The first annual Wacky Wrangler Wrace will be held on November 15 at Andy Brown East Park at 260 E. Parkway Blvd in Coppell. The 1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 8:30am and the 5K will begin at 9 a.m.

 The award ceremony will be held at 10:00am and prizes will be given to the top male and female finishers in the 5K (age groups 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) and top boy and girl finishers for each year (ages 5-15).

 The event was created to connect local residents and businesses together for a fun and beneficial activity that promotes good sportsmanship and living a healthy lifestyle.

 The event is open to anyone who likes to run/walk/jog/ skip and who likes having a good time! To register, go to www.wackywranglerwrace.com. The cost is $15 for ages 11 and under and $25 for anyone 12 years and older ($35 on Wrace day). If you are not a runner...there is the $15.00 sleep in option and you can still say you supported the event and wear the cool shirt!
