It is happily announced that in the new Moody Family YMCA there will be a 25 yard lap pool with a specialized Warm Water Therapy pool.

The benefits of Warm Water Therapy are immense in being the best environment to achieve full function regardless of injury improving motion and flexibility. The warmth of the water being at 94 degrees allows muscles to relax while stimulating body awareness, balance and trunk stability. Providing this for our members will have a positive impact on their health!
