On Thursday, February 9, at 7:00 p.m. the Friends of the UP Public Library present: 
 
Hometown Heroes Sports Talk at Highland Park High School Palmer Auditorium
 
The all-star line-up includes four local sports celebrities: 
 
Tom Grieve, former Texas Rangers player and General Manager and current team broadcast analyst. Member of the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame. 

Chad Morris, current SMU Head Football Coach. Formerly an Offensive Coordinator for Clemson. 

Marty Turco, former all-star goalie for the Dallas Stars.  In-studio analyst for the NHL Hockey Network.

Chris Young, HPHS graduate, Princeton University basketball and baseball player.  Current Kansas City Royals pitcher.
 
The program will be moderated by Talmage Boston, author of 1939:  Baseball's Tipping Point and Media Member, Texas Baseball Hall of Fame.  

It's a sports fan's dream to have all four of these incredible sports heroes in one room and sure to be an engaging discussion.
 
The event benefits the University Park Public Library.  
 
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students.  
At the door, tickets will be $25 for adults, $12 for students.
 
Highland Park High School is located at 4220 Emerson Avenue, Dallas, TX  75205.
