Cerulean Blue is channeling that springtime inspiration by launching two cookies of the month for April: Carrot Cake Sandwich and Cookies and Cream, both available through the end of the month.

The Carrot Cake Sandwich is a nostalgic nod to the classic spring dessert. It features two soft and spiced oatmeal cookies studded with carrots and toasted pecans, sandwiched around a dreamy layer of whipped cream cheese frosting. This dessert is like a slice of homemade carrot cake, perfectly crafted into a handheld treat.

The Cookies and Cream cookie is packed with crushed oreos and features pockets of melted white chocolate chips. Baked to perfection every time, this treat has a perfectly chewy, gooey base. It's the ultimate indulgence for cookies and cream lovers.

Along with the limited-time cookie of the month offerings, customers can enjoy two other Cerulean Blue staples: the Chocolate Chunk and The Caramel White Chocolate cookie.
