Books are becoming more and more phased out as tablets like the iPad and Kindle become more and more prevalent. But, for some people, books are irreplaceable, no matter how much more convenient a tablet may be. For those people that no longer read out of books, consider donating them to Richardson ISD for the RISD Book Fair.

Any student that donates books to the fair has the potential to earn service house credits. All proceeds from the fair will go towards the Dr. J.J. Pearce Scholarships. The school will collect books on February 3rd, 6th and 7th in the grand foyer by the front entrance from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

The RISD Book Fair begins on Monday, February 16, so make plans to go!
