Parents are always more nervous than their children when it comes to changing schools, even when the change is as simple as moving from elementary school to middle school. Well, parents of fifth-graders that will be going to J.L. Long can put some of their worries to rest by attending the J.L. Long Meet and Greet.

The Meet and Greet will be held on Thursday, February 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the J.L. Long auditorium. There will be a presentation given by Principal Petters and several faculty members, which will then be followed by an informal question and answer session.

At the end of the night, there will be tours of the school given by current students and parents. So if you have any misgivings about your child changing schools and going to J.L. Long, come out to this Meet and Greet.
