Linda Berman, aka The Bubble Lady, shared the wonder and science of soap bubbles with an enthusiastic crowd of children and adults on July 11 in Prather Park.  The Library's 2014 "Fizz, Boom, Read!" science-themed summer events are sponsored by Christine McKenny / Dave Perry-Miller and Associates. 

Children may still register for the summer reading program at the Library in the newly renovated Town Hall at 4700 Drexel Drive, Tue-Sat 9:30-5:30.  Children already registered for the program are reminded to stop by the Library pick the latest Science Experiment of the Week, as well as their free Ringling Bros. circus ticket voucher after they fill 5 spaces on their reading log.  For more information, call the Library at 214-559-9400.
