When you have young children in the house, you often find yourself emerged in a world of animated characters and fun! Whether on the screen or off, there is evidence of that love for colorful cartoons relevant in our home for sure. Joeli enjoys learning from her friends in the digital world. This is why I am excited to announce a partnership with Kate & Mim-Mim. Kate & Mim-Mim Kate & Mim-Mim, is a vibrantly-animated and imaginative standout preschool series airing at 8pm on Disney Junior. Inspired by a real-life little girl and her beloved stuffed toy bunny, and filled with positive messages about the importance of being a good friend and the power of “dreaming big,” Kate & Mim Mim centers on 5-year-old Kate and her special bond with her purple “funny bunny” best friend, Mim-Mim. Thanks to Kate’s outsized imagination, in each episode the friends are transported to the fun-filled world of Mimiloo, where Kate’s little plush toy magically transforms into a larger-than-life playmate, and together they embark on exciting adventures with their colorful cast of friends. Joeli’s bed is covered in stuffed toys and she often has one wherever she goes. Kate’s story completely resonates with me, as a parent, in the bond I see Joeli has with her toys. I am excited to embark on this new journey as an official Kate & Mim-Mim Mom Blogger to learn more about the show. It’s important to teach our children values young so they can grow into wonderful adults. There are times when a cartoon featuring a peer can offer just the right words to help a child understand a situation.
