Preston Hollow Early Childhood Association (PHECA) is calling all Preston Hollow and North Dallas moms of preschool-age children to learn more about the local parenting organization at a family-friendly meet and greet Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017, from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. at Kid’s Garden Club, 11661 Forest Lane, Dallas, TX 75230.
