Join Ariel and her friends Sebastian and Flounder on their fantastical adventure under the sea in Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID.  The loveable characters from the Disney movie come to life in STARS Theater Company’s production of Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID scheduled for June 22-24 & June 29-July 1 at Scott Hall located at 1245 Bedford Rd in Bedford.

Set in a magical underwater kingdom, Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID tells the story of the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, who longs to leave her ocean home behind to live in the world above the sea.   Her loyal friends, Flounder and Sebastian, stand by her as she defies her father King Triton, makes a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula, and tries to convince the handsome Prince Eric that she’s the girl of his dreams.  The musical score includes the popular songs “Part of Your World” and “Under The Sea.” 

Lauren Raymond from Grand Prairie and Pierson Van den Dyssel from Southlake head up the cast as Ariel and Prince Eric.   Coleman Hahn, also from Southlake plays Sebastian and the role of Flounder is played by Arlington resident Kristin Miller..  Other local cast members include Will and Amber Meagher from Southlake taking on the roles of King Triton and his evil sister, Ursula.   Matt Martinez from Flower Mound adds his lighthearted comical touch as Scuttle
