Preston Hollow Early Childhood Association (PHECA) is calling all Preston Hollow and North Dallas families of preschool-age children to its annual Party in the Park on Oct. 15, 2017, from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The party will be held at Preston Hollow Park, 6600 Park Lane, Dallas, TX 75225. Cost is $25 per family and includes train rides, balloons, face painting and dinner from Hamburger Man. PHECA has been fostering life-long friendships for more than two decades for families with children ages 0-5.
