Preston Hollow Early Childhood Association (PHECA) is calling all Preston Hollow and North Dallas moms of preschool-aged children to learn more about the local parenting organization at an informal meet and greet Thursday, Sept. 12 at Kidville (6025 Royal Lane, Dallas, TX 75230). Board members will be available to answer questions from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Complimentary childcare is available. Please email phecamoms@gmail.com for more information or to make a childcare reservation. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
