On the morning of Tuesday, December 17, students at KIPP TRUTH Academy learned about the effects of liquid nitrogen on various objects and food items during an entertaining freeze drying demonstration by Air Liquide’s Freeze Team. Air Liquide, the world’s leader in gases, technologies and services for industry, health and the environment, volunteered time and resources to visit KIPP TRUTH Academy, share expertise and answer students' questions.
